One-Year Craftsmanship Assurance
At BY THE GAZE, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We offer a one-year warranty on all our furniture, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
What is Covered
Our warranty covers defects that are a result of the manufacturing process. This includes structural issues, faulty joinery, or defects in the materials used.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Changes in the appearance of wood or upholstery due to aging or environmental factors.
- Items that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than BY THE GAZE.
Repair or Replacement
Should you encounter a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair the item or provide an exact replacement.
